I am ready to tell you all my thoughts on the Elemis Eye Makeup Remover. But first, I want to paint the picture for you with a little back story. I was using an eye makeup remover that I absolutely LOVED. Then, I ran out and switched to the Elemis brand, and at first, I hated it. Slowly it grew on me and earned that 3-star (out of 5) rating which I think is pretty fair.
